We set new standards in hospitalityJob OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator will assist Sage Hotels and Restaurants in day to day marketing activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in pulling digital marketing reports for owners on a quarterly basisAssist in press release managementAssist in press release results and reportingOversees property access to social media accountsCoordination from the corporate office of all property photo shoots to ensure Sage's best practices are being followed, shot lists are correct and travel is properly scheduledAttend and assist with property photoshoots, delivering photography that is aligned with brand standards and in the correct format for websitesAssists in entry-level PR, social media and digital efforts.Creates presentations and marketing plans in PowerPoint with direction from the Marketing TeamAssist the marketing team with the execution of Sage Marketing initiatives including digital strategy for Sage-wide promotions, called Sage PacksManage all Sage-brand assets including logos and imageryQualificationsEducation/Formal TrainingA four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.Experience1-2 years of experience in a marketing position preferred. Hospitality experience preferred. Graphic design skills are a plus.Knowledge/SkillsStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of current search engine optimization (SEO) strategiesAdministrative knowledge for social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTubeExcellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft PowerpointBasic knowledge in marketing strategy and a willingness to learn Sage's best practicesPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
