Requisitos mínimos:
- Bilingüe Español / Ingles (intermedio)
- Experiencia de Tres (3) años en ventas (preferible en el sector de consumo masivo o alimentos).
- Comunicacion fluida, excelente servicio al cliente y alta capacidad de negociación.
- Contar con Licencia de conducir vigente y Auto propio (indispensable).
- Disponibilidad full-time para el trabajo en campo y cumplimiento de las rutas asignadas.
Responsabilidades:
- Visitar los Clientes Asignados (Restaurantes, Markets o Supermarkets), de acuerdo a la programación de las rutas.
- Gestionar la prospección y apertura de nuevos clientes, así como la reactivación de cuentas.
- Negociar espacios prioritarios para garantizar la correcta colocación y exhibición de nuestros productos en los puntos de venta.
- Elaborar pedidos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de venta establecidas.
- Monitorear la rotación del producto y reportar fechas de caducidad o situaciones especiales en los Productos.
- Realizar la gestión de cobranza oportuna con la cartera de clientes asignada.
- Monitorear precios y actividades de la competencia.
- Participar de Eventos Comerciales designados por la Empresa.
