About Conduit Health We're rebuilding how post-acute care gets done in America — AI-powered, vertically integrated, and relentlessly focused on getting patients what they need without the bureaucratic nightmare. $22M+ raised, scaling fast, and the product we build in the next 12 months will touch hundreds of thousands of patients. The Role This is not a supporting PM role. You will be the CEO of Conduit's growth roadmap — owning the strategy, the experiments, the outcomes, and the decisions across our patient and partner-facing products. You'll run a dedicated growth pod with a designer, marketer, partnerships lead, and engineers. The surface area is large, the autonomy is real, and the bar is high. We want someone who has built for scale, thinks in systems, and reaches for AI before reaching for headcount.
