WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This full‑time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours, with flexibility based on project demands. You'll work in the office during the training period, gain work‑from‑home eligibility after one year, and complete periodic site visits as needed.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYST - COMMERCIAL RETAIL ESTIMATOR ENTAIL?

As our Industrial Construction Cost Analyst - Commercial Retail Estimator, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from start to finish - reviewing drawings, analyzing scopes, and developing detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects, including big‑box retail work. You'll coordinate with field teams to validate change orders, maintain organized estimate files, support scheduling efforts, and communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Throughout each bid cycle, you'll negotiate pricing, manage follow‑ups, and help drive our win/loss performance, ensuring every project begins with clarity and confidence.

• Commercial and industrial construction experience (retail preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of on‑site construction processes

• Attentiveness to detail and documentation discipline
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Consistent performance against quota and win/loss goals
