Watsontown Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team !
Whether you're an experienced PT looking for your next opportunity or a new graduate ready to begin your career , we'd love to hear from you. You'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team while helping our skilled nursing and long-term care residents regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence.

Electronic documentation using Net Health
PointClickCare (PCC) utilized within the facility
Full-time opportunity with a consistent patient population
Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care
Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and functional goals
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Participate in discharge planning and help residents achieve their highest possible level of independence
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
New grads welcome!
