Our goal at Children's Dental Center is to provide a fun environment where children can have a positive dental experience while providing them top-quality dental care. We are seeking dependable, fun, hard-working, proactive team players to join our practice. Office Hours:

• Monday: 7am 5pm
• Tuesday: 7am 5pm
• Wednesday: 7am 1:30pm
• Thursday: 7am 5pm
• Friday: 7am noon

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
• Update necessary documents into patient chart.
• Schedule patients for dental treatment.
• Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area.
• Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and any other necessary tasks in our office.
• Must arrive on time and adhere to the attendance policy.

Requirements:

• Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.
• Customer Service experience.
• Passion for delivering the best experience.
• Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented.

• Salary: $20.00 $25.00 per hour depending on experience
