Material Handler 2nd Shift

In this role, you will: + **Master Inventory Flow:** Accurately pull and stage materials for work orders and record vital trace documentation. + **Logistics Leadership:** Safely load and audit outgoing shipments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. + **Data Integrity:** Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and use ERP/CRM systems to keep our records flawless. + **Warehouse Strategy:** Track inventory movement between locations and analyze variances to recommend improvements. + **Safety & Standards:** Maintain a pristine, OSHA-compliant workspace and assist with year-end physical inventories. **What You Bring to the Table** + **Experience:** 2-5 years of material handling/inventory experience in a manufacturing environment. + **Technical Skills:** Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems. + **Certifications:** Forklift Certification is a huge plus! + **The "Detective" Mindset:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to focus in a fast-paced environment. + **Physical Readiness:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active (standing, bending, stooping) for the majority of your shift. + **Versatility:** Comfortable working in varying temperatures and navigating outdoor ramps or uneven terrain.
