Responsibilities Role is responsible for execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of supply chain processes to achieve business results. Required to understand downstream customer requirements to meet expectations. Role drives change through applying fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of supply chain, and lean manufacturing. Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands. Analyze and communicate value stream and/or supply chain capacity and constraints. Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools; such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc. Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners. Represents supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, or deliver). Provides coaching and mentoring of supply chain planners. Receives minimal guidance from others. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred. Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems). Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Suite, ERP and Reporting systems. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban systems. Effectively collaborate and works well with others. Ability to understand customer needs, in detail, and consistently attend to meeting customer requirements. Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization. Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving. PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
