Blue United Sourcing is actively hiring NOW for a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) at a busy Skilled Nursing Facility in Roseville, CA. This role is moving FAST interviews are happening immediately!

Your Role
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide OT services to short-term rehab & long-term care residents
- Document progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
What We Need
- Active California OT license (OR California License in process, if endorsing from another state)
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication & documentation skills
