What You’ll Do

Provide speech-language therapy services in patients' homes

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Help patients achieve meaningful communication, cognitive, and swallowing goals

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Passion for patient-centered care

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Home health experience preferred but not required
