About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Devotional Dance LLC, DBA The Spirit of Dance, as a Hip Hop Dance Teacher for all ages! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire and cultivate talent in students while sharing your passion for dance in a vibrant and supportive environment. We are a non-competitive, Christian based studio that has been in business for over 23 years. We strive for top dance training as well as honoring God.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging Hip Hop dance lessons tailored for various age groups.
Choreograph routines that encourage creativity and self-expression among students.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence.
Organize and participate in recitals and dance showcases to highlight student progress.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters a love for dance.
Stay updated on current Hip Hop trends and techniques to enhance lesson plans.
Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and expectations.
Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive dance program.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hip Hop dance teacher or performer.
Strong knowledge of Hip Hop dance styles and choreography.
Ability to teach and engage students of all ages and skill levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for inspiring others through dance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
Previous experience in a dance studio setting is a plus.
