Practice Overview:

• Full-scope general otolaryngology with optional facial trauma coverage
• Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
• Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time
• Strong referral base with immediate patient volume

Schedule:

• Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple days per week)
• Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
• Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance
• $650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
• $75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more
• Strong growth potential with immediate patient demand

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
• Comfortable with both outpatient and surgical ENT procedures
• Interest in program development and service line expansion
