Full Job Description Amergis Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting students ages 16–24 in achieving mental wellness and overcoming barriers to employment. In this role, you will provide evidence-based care, deliver counseling services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a mission-driven environment. The Marriage and Family Counselor provides professional counseling services designed in assisting participants in behavior change to maintain a healthy lifestyle and quality of life through individual and group therapy. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work, Family Therapy preferred Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as required by state regulations and/or contract specifications One (1) year of experience in counseling preferred Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
