Custodian/Floor Technician @ Balfour Louisville
The Custodian/Floor Technician provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
Availability: Full-Time | Tuesday to Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $18.50-19/hr
Floor technician experience required (2+ years)
What will I do every day?
- Heaving cleaning assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
- Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- High school graduate preferred
- Six months to one year of custodial experience
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred
- Floor technician experience required (2+ years)
