Position: Floating Assistant Property Manager Location: This position supports RPS apartment communities in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville areas. Key Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable housing Yardi experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid Driver's License required (this is a traveling position) Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases Conduct unit inspections and move-in/move-out processes Support leasing activities and resident relations Maintain accurate records and documentation Associate's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; affordable community and Yardi experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws Valid Driver's License required What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits package Mileage reimbursement for travel between communities Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Opportunities for student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement Join Our Team: If you're seeking a rewarding career opportunity with one of the top property management organizations in the country, we want to hear from you!
