Lake Forest, Inc. is a community that includes 90 acres and 582 units. We maintain all of the common areas and certain aspects of the member's homes such as roofs, plumbing outside of the unit, grounds, sidewalks, etc. The best qualified person for this position would have experience with commercial equipment and be familiar with construction and plumbing issues.

This position is predominately outside so this person should be able to tolerate whatever weather conditions are presenting.

This is a full time position and benefits begin after your 90 days probationary period. The on call pager is shared by all of the full time maintenance employees as we have to be available 24 hours a day in case of emergency situations. There will be ample training provided.

There is a 90 day probationary period for all new employees. After this probationary period is when an employee becomes eligible for the benefits offered by the company. Pay is based upon experience and employees are paid weekly. We also offer end of year bonus and Christmas bonus to eligible employees.

Experience in light construction and plumbing is a plus. We maintain the exterior of all of our 249 structures. We also maintain the water and sewer lines that extend to each of our 582 units.
