Join HB Specialty Foods today! We are hiring Production Associates to help make quality food products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Shift Options & Compensation Day Shift – 5 am to 1:30 pm: Starting at $16.00 per hour Swing Shift – 1 pm to 9:30 pm: Starting at $17.50 per hour (includes $1.50 shift differential) Grave Shift – 9 pm to 5:30 am: Starting at $19.00 per hour (includes $3.00 shift differential) Job Duties Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Follow production schedules, batch instructions, and standard operating procedures Support blending, mixing, and ingredient handling Feed production lines and monitor product flow Package finished products and prepare them for shipment Stack and palletize finished product for shipment or storage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete required production, quality, and cleaning documentation accurately Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards Help teammates and assist in other production areas as needed Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required What We Are Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Team player mindset with a strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Willingness to learn multiple production areas and tasks Prior food manufacturing experience preferred High‑school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Work in a facility that handles allergens including milk, egg, wheat, soy, sulfites, and mustard Work in open environments exposed to pungent odors and varying climates Stand for long periods, frequent bending, reaching, and lifting Lift up to 50 pounds regularly without restriction, using proper safety methods Benefits Competitive pay with annual longevity raises Earn up to $1,500 in sign‑on bonuses Earn quarterly bonuses each year Vacation starts at 80 hours annually and increases with years of service 40 hours of sick time awarded annually 9 paid holidays each year Medical insurance available the first of the month following 30 days of employment Dental, vision, and FSA/HSA available the first of the month following 90 days of employment 401(k) matching up to 4% Paid parental leave (40 hours) Tuition reimbursement Team‑focused environment with opportunities to learn and grow HB Specialty Foods is committed to equal opportunity for all, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.
