Position Title: Community Marketing Agent Reports To: Marketing Manager Principal Duties and Responsibilities Create a welcoming and engaging first impression for potential guests Promote vacation experiences and invite qualified individuals and couples to attend sales presentations Build interest and excitement through strong communication and interpersonal skills Pre-qualify guests to ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs Collect and securely handle guest deposits Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and goals Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience: High School Diploma/GED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required Ability to maintain production standards Ability to overcome objections Must be energetic and outgoing Shift Shift: Flexible Regular Hours #J-18808-Ljbffr capitalvacations
