Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans that support optimal rehabilitation outcomes. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards.
