Guaranteed 40 hours per week – hourly, not flat rate. Duties and Responsibilities Perform advanced vehicle or facility maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders in the system. Assist in the installation, modification and relocation of equipment or systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and minimize downtime. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other team members for specialized repairs or projects. Maintain tools, supplies and spare parts inventory in organized condition. Support facility improvement projects and provide input on maintenance planning. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities or a related field. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and work-order systems. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds. Required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks. Must have good manual dexterity. Pay Range $25.00–$33.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
