Packaging Technician

As a **Production Technician I**, you’ll play a key role in grinding and packaging the industry’s finest coffee. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment, where precision, quality, and safety come first, and where your attention to detail and problem-solving make a real difference.Be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way—from bean to bag.\* This role requires prior experience as a Machine Operator.Ensures product quality by completing all Quality Control Point monitoring tasks according to established procedures for the assigned workstation. Completes and submits all quality assurance monitoring tasks for the assigned operating workstation.Participates in all workstation development opportunities to increase technical abilities and strengthen craft-level skills. **Who You Are:**Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment; manage and follow through multi-step project steps/procedures consistently. Ability to adjust and adapt to change while staying focused on project deliverables Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * High school diploma or GED equivalent* At least 1 year of production experience as a machine technician/operator.Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basisThese physical requirements must be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
