PartTime Legal Counsel Per Diem Contract Basis

We are a globally recognized, luxury matchmaking firm serving an exclusive clientele across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.

We are seeking a seasoned attorney on a part-time, per diem (per matter) basis to support the company in client-related disputes and contract enforcement matters .

This is an ideal role for a highly capable legal professional who values flexibility, operates with discretion, and is comfortable navigating nuanced, high-touch client situations.

Scope of Work

• Advise on client disputes , including service dissatisfaction, contract interpretation, and enforcement
• Draft and review formal responses to clients
• Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation and positioning in sensitive situations
• Help come to mutual agreement with the occasional disgruntled client to avoid unnecessary escalation.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed attorney in good standing (U.S.; multi-state a plus)
• Experience in contract law/consumer services
• Strong background in dispute resolution and negotiation (litigation experience is a plus, but not required)
• Exceptional written communication—able to convey firm positions with polish and discretion
• Highly responsive and available on an as‑needed basis

Engagement Structure

• Per diem / per matter compensation (flexible based on scope and experience)
• Remote, with occasional calls as needed
• Ongoing relationship with consistent but non‑full‑time workload

Positioning

This is not a high-volume legal role. It is a precision role –requiring judgment, restraint, and the ability to protect both the company and the client experience simultaneously.
