Title
Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular

Schedule
3x12 or 4x10 shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM); including weekends, holidays, on-call, and charge responsibilities.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements
- 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Active RN license (New York)
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- Moderate sedation training
- Experience in telemetry and dysrhythmia management
- Experience with mechanical circulatory support (ECMO, Impella, IABP)
- Experience with structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in a Cath Lab setting.
- Collaborate with Cardiovascular Technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patients pre and post procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and manage sedation as per protocols.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding procedures and recovery.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies.

- Candidates may be required to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
- Specific dress code and scrubs may apply as per facility protocols.
