Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and superiors. Provide clear, regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and adjust project strategies to align with client expectations. Resource Allocation & Supply Management: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to secure necessary supplies, equipment, and manpower, ensuring all project resources are readily available and managed effectively. Team Leadership & Delegation: Lead and motivate project teams by assigning tasks aligned with each member's expertise, fostering collaboration, and addressing team dynamics to optimize performance. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee project phases to confirm that work meets all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and project-specific requirements, conducting frequent quality checks to ensure adherence to Axionova's high standards. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing contingency plans that prepare the team for potential issues without compromising project milestones. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and other critical records. Compile regular reports to keep stakeholders informed and accountable. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required; a Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus. Project Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in civil or structural engineering settings. Organizational Skills: Demonstrated expertise in handling complex project schedules, multiple timelines, and intricate details efficiently. Budgeting & Financial Acumen: Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets with strong attention to financial details. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and general construction software tools. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading teams, with excellent people skills to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective delegation.
