Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage customer credit risk and credit limits
• Monitor accounts and lead collections efforts on past-due balances
• Maintain accurate AR aging and collection documentation
• Work directly with customers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Partner with sales and accounting to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Prepare credit, collection, and aging reports for leadership
• Support month-end close related to AR and collections activities

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in credit and collections or accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of credit policies, risk evaluation, and collections best practices
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Solid Excel and reporting skills
• Professional communication style with customers and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing challenging accounts

• Onsite or hybrid options may be available depending on the employer
