Are you passionate about helping others recover and improve their quality of life? Joint Effort Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, providing rehabilitation and therapeutic services to help them regain mobility and independence.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on manual therapy
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans

Required Skills:

• Doctorate (or equivalent) Degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong background in orthopedicm sports and geriatric care
• Ability to develop and implement care plans
• Knowledge of pain management techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in dry needling
• Advanced training in manual therapy
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Technical Skills:

• Experience with EMR systems
• Interventions (we will teach you)

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
