Event Operations Lead: AV & Guest Experience

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role guides the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction, and may assist with location administrative duties to support onsite operations. Requirements include 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience and 3–5 years of audio-visual experience, plus a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
