Responsibility & Qualifications General Manager responsibilities: Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for future leadership. Qualifications: Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations in quick service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience acceptable. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
