Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and event activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing a company professionally, and gaining hands-on experience in event coordination, customer service, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Maintain organized and welcoming event areas.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Support lead generation through customer interactions and outreach.
• Assist with distributing promotional materials and information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Provide general support during events and promotional activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
