Marketing Operations Manager

The role is split roughly 50/50 between operational program management and foundational product marketing: Centralization: Manage and track dozens of weekly/monthly feature launches, campaigns, and GTM activations. ( "managing a program for the programs" rather than being a producer for a single campaign). Structure Building: Build operational workflows, trackers, and systems from scratch rather than just maintaining existing ones. Foundational Product Marketing (50%) Product Marketing Basics: Develop positioning, overall value propositions, and use cases. Legal & Claims: Partner with the legal team to establish, test, and approve product marketing claims. Research & Segmentation: Assist the broader organization with quantitative segmentation of target personas, audiences, and positioning (collaborating heavily with the internal research/insights arm). AI Automation (Emerging Priority) Workflow Optimization: Document team workflows and identify opportunities to save time using AI agents and tools. Prototyping: Directly prototype agentic workflows using consumer tools. The candidate is expected to lead this independently and pull in technical engineering resources only when blocked. Candidate Profile & Requirements Must-Have Qualifications Strong Operational / Program Management Background: This is highly prioritized over a pure marketing background. Must excel at distilling complex, multi-stream information into clear, digestible systems. Full-Funnel Marketing Literacy: Needs to understand the entire marketing funnel (from brand strategy and campaigns down to growth, web, and performance), though deep execution in every single channel is not required. Hands-on AI Proficiency: Must actively use and be passionate about AI in their daily workflows/personal life.
