Duck's Poultry Service está buscando un Conductor de Transporte de Incubadora con licencia CDL Clase A , responsable y con experiencia, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Transporte.

Esta posición es responsable de la recolección y transporte seguro de huevos desde las granjas reproductoras hasta las plantas de incubación , así como del transporte de suministros desde las plantas de incubación de regreso a las granjas. Otras responsabilidades pueden incluir el transporte de pollitos y aves vivas según sea necesario.

Responsabilidades Principales

Recoger huevos previamente cargados en carros o palés en las granjas reproductoras y transportarlos de manera segura a las plantas de incubación.
Verificar cantidades y mantener registros precisos de las rutas.
Manipular los huevos cuidadosamente para minimizar daños y mantener su capacidad de incubación.
Cargar y transportar suministros a las granjas.
Mantener el camión limpio y organizado.
Cumplir con todos los protocolos de seguridad, bioseguridad y regulaciones del DOT.
Mantener una comunicación efectiva con la gerencia y el personal de las plantas de incubación.
Transportar pollitos desde las plantas de incubación hasta las granjas cuando sea necesario.
Ayudar con el transporte de pollitas y gallos entre granjas cuando sea necesario.
Operar un Moffett cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos

Licencia CDL Clase A válida
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia conduciendo
Historial de conducción aceptable
Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días feriados cuando sea necesario
Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre y bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras

Horario

Posición de tiempo completo
De lunes a viernes, con sábados ocasionales
Horario habitual: 6:00 a. m. a 6:00 p. m.

Compensación y Beneficios

Pago desde $30.00 por hora , dependiendo de la experiencia
