This role leads the development of integrated marketing approaches that align sector, industry, and corporate priorities to drive long-term business outcomes.The role sets direction for sector marketing strategy, influences executive decision-making, and ensures alignment of messaging, capabilities, and go-to-market execution across the organization. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager, Architecture drives cross-sector initiatives and leads high-impact programs that support enterprise growth, pipeline development, and market differentiation.We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.JOB DUTIES:Set direction for sector marketing strategy aligned to enterprise growth objectivesEstablish enterprise-level positioning frameworks and ensure consistency across sectors and industriesAdvise senior leadership on market opportunities, growth strategies, and competitive positioningInfluence high-priority pursuits and enterprise-level opportunities through strategic messaging and positioning guidanceOversee development and quality of sales enablement materials across sectors to ensure strategic alignment and impactDrive the use of market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform enterprise strategy and investment decisionsEnsure integration and alignment of campaigns and marketing programs across sectors and business unitsLead cross-sector collaboration and alignment across marketing, sales, and business leadership teamsInfluence marketing investment strategy and prioritization across sectors and large-scale initiativesDefine success measures and evaluate overall marketing impact on pipeline, revenue, and business outcomesDrive identification of enterprise growth opportunities and expansion strategiesMentor and guide marketing team members, providing functional leadership and strategic directionLead high-impact initiatives and transformation efforts that advance marketing effectiveness and business growthTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Up to 15% travel for strategic planning, sector alignment, client engagements, and industry events.REQUIRED EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in B2B, professional services, or strategic marketing roles.Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives at a senior levelExperience driving cross-sector or enterprise-level initiatives preferredREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, OR TRAINING: (if applicable)None requiredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Advanced strategic thinking with ability to shape enterprise marketing directionStrong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and decision-makersDeep expertise in value proposition development, positioning, and competitive strategyStrong commercial mindset with ability to link marketing to business outcomes and growthAdvanced understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trendsStrong decision-making and prioritization skills focused on high-impact outcomesAdvanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesAbility to lead and influence across complex, matrixed organizationsStrong communication and presentation skills for executive audiencesPREFERRED EDUCATION:MBAPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.Ability to operate standard office equipment.#LI-MH1#LI-RemoteBase pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Pay Range$118,000—$131,000 USDFind out more about what Woolpert has to offer here: Woolpert is an equal-opportunity employer.
