HR CoordinatorOur client, a Waste Disposal company, is looking for a HR Coordinator for their Houston, TX location. Responsibilities include:In a team format, primarily working with the project team auditing and digitizing paper I9s.Participate in audit and correction process of I9 forms.Sort paper I9s according to updated reports.Scan paper I9s to PDF format files.Work with PDF files to aggregate into a large document.Requirements include:Big Company experience.Work as an HR Coordinator or similar role working with I9 forms.Attention to detail.Able to take direction and corrective feedback.Able to communicate well both verbally and in written format.Proficient in WindowsProficient in OutlookSkilled in ExcelWhy should you apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
