Job Description for Shift Supervisor at East Coast Pizza

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in mentoring, coaching, and cultivating a top-performing restaurant team
Assist in managing all aspects of daily operations to ensure proficiency and excellence
Help administer budgets, labor, and cost controls to meet financial objectives
Monitor stock levels, assist in placing orders, and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure unparalleled guest experiences by maintaining service and quality standards
Support the enforcement of health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all departments
Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies for ongoing improvement

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 year of restaurant supervisory experience preferred
Proven leadership and team development abilities
Good financial management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making capabilities
A passion for hospitality and fostering a positive, guest-first culture
