• 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension)

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Streaming Media Asset Operations Coordinator to support the sourcing, ingesting, cataloging, and internal distribution of AV media assets for its streaming marketing production and operations team, with a focus on supporting a major sports marketing partnership alongside series, films, and global marketing campaigns.

Streaming Media Asset Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members overseeing the sports sector to organize and catalog sports partner media in the cloud storage repository, submitting requests and monitoring for timely delivery of assets in the correct specs.
• Source, catalog, and deliver episodic media to creative stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Generate script summaries for original programming and third-party acquisitions.
• Source foreign audio files to support the generation of dubbed episodes for international social agencies.
• Generate screengrabs and clips for creative stakeholders upon request, ensuring robust content security policies and procedures are met throughout acquisition, management, and distribution of assets.

Streaming Media Asset Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience coordinating the acquisition and delivery of media assets used to produce television/film promotional content.
• Prior entertainment, media, or agency-related experience required (post-production experience preferred).
• Proficiency or familiarity with Airtable and DAM/MAM enterprise systems.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Premiere or other NLE editing systems.
• Experience and comfort communicating directly with company executives, production teams, external vendors, and studios.

Shift:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional OT as needed (typically a couple of evening hours or occasional weekend work).
