Automotive Estimator/Auditor II

What You’ll Do Provide estimation services for an assigned auction area or areas. Provide accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services. Communicate estimates to maintenance, reconditioning, and other teams to initiate work. Work with procurement/purchasing staff to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies required by estimates. Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates. Keep records of repair/reconditioning details and complete necessary paperwork. Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors. Actively participate in and support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Who You Are High school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field; OR any degree/certification beyond high school with 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of experience in a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and capable of getting things done.
