Step into a contract opportunity supporting students with communication needs in a dynamic school setting near Port Saint Lucie, FL. We're seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to fill several full-time and part-time positions, with placements in both Port Saint Lucie and Ft. Pierce. You'll collaborate with experienced teams and help shape student success across a range of grade levels.

As an SLP in this role, you'll have the chance to focus on your area of expertise, with options to work with high schoolers, K-8 students (including specialized ASD units), and younger elementary grades—including opportunities to directly support those covering maternity leave. Depending on your assignment, you’ll be responsible for one to two school sites, with schedules ranging from 14–35 hours per week and the flexibility to combine locations to achieve a full-time workload.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Florida SLP license required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
• Must complete district-required fingerprinting (can utilize existing AHCA prints) and obtain on-site badge prior to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to the assigned student caseload
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and document progress
• Collaborate with onsite SLPs, SLPA, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Support maternity leave coverage and continuity of services throughout the academic year
