Join a fast-paced Emergency Department, care for patients across all age groups, and build strong clinical experience in a high-acuity setting with a consistent night schedule.Job Details\n \n Setting: Emergency Department / Emergency Room (ER)\n Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)\n Start Date: 10/13/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)\n Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 - $1,770\n Patient Ratio: 1:4\n Patient Volume: Approximately 115-150 visits per day\n Orientation: 12-28 hours\n Location: Brooklyn, MD 21225 — a convenient South Baltimore location with access to city amenities, waterfront areas, and a strong local community feel.\n Job Requirements\n \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required\n 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required\n Minimum of 1 previous travel nursing assignment required\n ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required\n Experience with IV starts and phlebotomy required\n Comfort working in a busy emergency department with urgent and emergent patient needs\n Ability to work weekend and holiday rotation as needed\n Willingness to complete required facility and unit-specific onboarding modules\n Cerner experience preferred\n Charge nurse, triage, CPI, MAB, and TNCC experience preferred\n Responsibilities\n \n Provide safe, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan\n Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and core ER nursing interventions\n Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition\n Support triage, medication administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation\n Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage a 1:4 assignment in a high-volume Emergency Department\n Assist with charge nurse responsibilities after unit training, when appropriate\n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit workflow standards\n Deliver excellent patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment\n \n Apply now to join this travel nursing opportunity in Brooklyn, MD, and make an impact as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in the Baltimore area.
