Bdc (Business Development Center) / Internet Sales Representative
Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and communication? Flood Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and professional BDC (Business Development Center) / Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Set appointments and follow up with potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Use CRM tools to track leads, update customer records, and manage follow-ups
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Experience in customer service, retail, or call center a plus (automotive preferred but not required)
- Comfortable with phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
