Customer Service & Order Management Specialist

Electro-Connect, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to support our growing electronics manufacturing operation.

This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and is responsible for order entry, quote follow-up, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Review purchase orders and verify order details.
• Prepare quotations and provide pricing information to customers.
• Follow up on open quotations and customer inquiries.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and order-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous order entry, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing or electronics industry experience.
• Experience supporting customer quotations and order management.
