Job DescriptionDirector, Executive SearchWhat is the Opportunity?Join a growing executive recruitment organization as Director of Executive Search, a pivotal leadership role driving executive level hiring opportunities across Royal Bank of Canada. You will be accountable for leading enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy while spearheading executive search assignments that shape RBC's executive pipeline. This role bridges internal stakeholder alignment with external market expertise, positioning you as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners.
