Senior Innovation Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of POS and operational technology solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute technology initiatives and innovation projects. Assist with technology pilots, proof-of-concept programs, and new solution evaluations. Manage hardware deployments, testing, and rollouts across multiple locations. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful technology delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution. Analyze operational challenges and recommend technology-driven improvements. Document processes, deployment plans, and project outcomes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies. Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in Technology, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, Operations Technology, or a related field. Experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives. Exposure to technology hardware, including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, display systems, and networking equipment. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced innovation environment. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Preferred Skills Experience in retail, hospitality, customer-facing operations, or technology-focused environments. Experience supporting hardware deployments and technology rollouts across multiple locations. Exposure to technology pilots, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, or innovation labs.
