Overview Join a customer-focused food service team preparing and serving fresh meals in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy food preparation, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards.

• Prepare and present hot and cold food items according to company standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service in the restaurant and bistro.
• Assist customers with food allergy and dietary restriction questions.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized food preparation and serving areas.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help minimize food waste while supporting sustainability initiatives.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a positive dining experience.
• Perform additional food service and cleaning duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of food service, restaurant, café, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certificate, or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
