Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Description Overview We are looking for a driven, competitive, and hardworking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Medicare insurance sales team. This is a high-activity, phone-based sales position. You will be working with warm leads from people who have already expressed interest in Medicare-related information. Your job is to connect with those prospects, ask a few qualification questions, understand their needs, and move them to the next step. That means either completing a live transfer to one of our licensed Account Executives or setting a qualified appointment for the AE to speak with them. This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the phone, can handle a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in putting in the work every day. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from warm Medicare leads Make consistent outbound calls to warm leads Quickly establish rapport and communicate professionally Ask qualification questions to understand the prospect's situation Identify opportunities and determine the appropriate next step Complete live transfers to licensed Account Executives when appropriate Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives Accurately document conversations and appointment information Follow established sales processes and daily activity expectations Consistently follow up with prospects when necessary Work closely with SDR and AE teams to maximize every lead opportunity Requirements We care more about work ethic and coachability than a perfect resume.
