Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Des Moines, IA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday | 6-Month Assignment Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient status Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for telemetry patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate safe transitions Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record Required Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Iowa or a compact state license Current BLS certification required Demonstrated experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring nursing Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to arrhythmias Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel or contract nursing experience ACLS certification Experience with electronic health record systems Why Join Us Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a telemetry environment through a 6-month contract assignment Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule offering a degree of work-life balance Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 788067.
