Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is hiring a Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist (formerly Medical Technologist) to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits to aid physicians in the diagnosis or monitoring of various disease states.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in related field as required by individual clients
• Valid ASCP or AMT certification required
• In licensure states, Laboratory Licensure in appropriate specialty for the department or location assignment as applicable to the state
• 1 year of experience as a CLS / MLS / Med Tech
• BLS certification
• Blood bank experience required
• Experience with Cerner PowerChart Millennium required
• Experience with SoftBank required
• Experience with Grifols Erytra required
• Experience with gel and tube blood bank testing required
• Experience working with adult and neonate patients required

Assignment Details

• 10-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM.
• Expected hours: 40 per week.
• No requested time off will be approved.
