We serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors, ensuring top-quality HVAC solutions across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.Responsible for all warehouse roles assigned to the warehouse team.Order Fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipment processing.Inbound processing: accurately receiving, counting, sorting, and labeling inbound shipments.Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment, and consolidation.Audit work processes to ensure complianceSet up and train new Associates.Ensure jobs are done with efficiency and accuracy.Prepare and process shipments.Quality control checking freight orders.Book and issue paperwork for each shipment.Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.Audit cleaning duties / schedule.Responsible for checking in on employees before, during, and after shift.Be able to research issues in CSD to find and correct issuesProven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industryExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skillsStrong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamExceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detailProficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systemsCurrent Forklift certificationHealth InsuranceHealth Savings AccountDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability Insurance (Short-term and Long-term)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition Reimbursement & Professional DevelopmentPaid Vacation & Sick timeCompany Paid Holiday's401(k) Plan with Employer MatchEmployee Discount ProgramCompany Paid Volunteer Time OffFull-time and part-time positions are available.
