Qualifications:

• Current RN license from any U.S. state, with eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
• Minimum of 2 years recent OR (Operating Room) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Strong communication, adaptability, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate perioperative care throughout all surgical phases (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, ensuring a sterile, well-organized environment
