MedPsych Integrated, PLLC is an established outpatient psychiatry and behavioral health practice serving the Raleigh-Durham community. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care through a collaborative model that supports both patients and clinicians.

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) interested in a flexible part-time 1099 opportunity. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, a supportive clinical team, and the ability to build or expand a patient panel in a well-organized outpatient setting.

Compensation

Revenue-based compensation model designed to reward experienced clinicians and support growth.

Estimated range based on patient volume and schedule:

$120,000 – $220,000 annualized equivalent

Part-time examples:

• 1 day/week: ~$30,000 – $60,000 annual equivalent
\n
• 2–3 days/week: ~$60,000 – $140,000 annual equivalent
\n

Flexible compensation models available based on experience and schedule.

Responsibilities

\n
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
\n
• Provide medication management and follow-up care
\n
• Develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
\n
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and provider team
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
\n
• Support patient-centered care and continuity of treatment
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Active  North Carolina PA-C or PMHNP-BC license
\n
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
\n
• Psychiatry or behavioral health experience preferred
\n
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial insurance plans
\n
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
\n
