Job Title: Regional Medical Director - Colorado Company: Large PE backed Veterinary Group *Relocation assistance available but candidates should be US based.* Mackenzie Stuart have been retained by one of the largest and most exciting veterinary groups in the United States. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Regional Medical Director to oversee multiple General Practices in Colorado . If you’re excited about growth opportunities and making a real impact, please apply directly. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the medical operations of multiple General Practices, working in conjunction with the Regional Operations Director and reporting directly to the VP. Mentor and inspire a team of medical director and veterinary professionals. Implement innovative veterinary practices and protocols Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategies Ensure the highest standards of patient care Qualifications: DVM degree with active veterinary license Proven leadership and management experience (multisite is preferred or an ex-owner would be ideal). Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for veterinary medicine and patient care Candidates without a DVM will not be considered.
